I just got my car serviced here and the employees showed the best customer service that I ever had in Germany!!! There's one that really stood out for me and it was Ms. Schomberg! She provided unrivaled customer service and kindness and me being American, she even spoke English with me to make sure the process went smooth! Thank Again!!!

Although the centre is big, it seems that the company has no interest in clients. All staff pretended to be super busy ("I have an appointment with the doctor in 20 minutes", lol). Several attempts to arrange a test drive brought us to Stuttgart center, where the customer service is better, and plenty of cars/appointments available.

With a drive of 600 km ahead, I noticed an trace of motor oil under my car. To stay on the safe side, I stopped at this garage. A quick inspection showed that the leak was not critical, the oil level sufficient and the drive still OK. The drive indeed went fine. Writing this at my default garage while the problem gets fixed. Thanks Mercedes!
