The food was good, and the people were nice. It did give me the American diner vibe, which I was desperately wishing for. The food were prepared relatively quick, they tasted also good. I will order next time with normal mayo, instead of their special sauce. The sauce was a bit sweet for me.
All in all, I am hoping to eat there again. They also have shakes.

A nice place to eat before getting a Film at ZKM. It has this style of an American Diner, what is also very well done. Gaspump, Jukebox and couches with red leather... Everything so you really get the feeling. It has also vegan dishes.

The food was at the table 3 minutes after we ordered it and the burger was really cold. The burgers are also too expensive for what you get. Fries were hot and the service was nice.

We were here for a quick lunch and were not dissapointed.

Big portions, tasty burgers and crunchy fries. Service coukd have been a little faster, but was still ok...

Service was okay. Food was tasty. Portions are huge. Good ambience. Although feels like something is missing.

I had a GREAT experience at Jaroon’s American Diner last week! The service was EXCELLENT, the staff SUPER friendly, the food was great and we did not have to wait long for our orders. They have these cozy American vibes and also important to mention that they have cleaning measures which made me feel comfortable and safe at their space. I have only compliments about my experience at Jaroon’s Karlsruhe and I am definitely coming back. Keep it up guys! I totally recommend this place!

Food was great, but the service was even better. 10/10, would go again!
