The building of the hotel is nice. It is unique and gives a kind of hogwarts feeling. However it was too expensive for the services. The room is quite spacious, but not very clean. The coffee machine wasn't cleaned for weeks, also doesn't give hot water despite being tea bags next to it. The shower is small. There is no airconditioning in the hotel room. Furthermore the breakfast is very small and simple for the price.

Really cozy and a nice place. Being new to Germany cuisine , I enjoyed every bit of it . My colleagues assured me the recipes are very authentic and prepared with care. I was genuinely impressed with the service and the food.

Bathrooms are clean and so is the overall place.
Vegetarian options are also included.

Perfect place for an authentic german experience. The place is very warm and welcoming. The staff is friendly, english speaking-friendly as well and very attentive to any questions and needs. Tried the beef dish and the freshly brewed beer which the place is famous for, both very good quality. The desserts were delicious as well and they also offered some special shot drinks. The atmosphere and experience was very good in general, must visit while in Karlsruhe.

The restaurant is spacious, some of the staff speaks fluent english and is generally very helpful. The food was nice and came in quickly, the steak was a nice medium rare. The dark beer was absolutely awesome!
