Bayern Typically i take often breakfast/launch or dinner. This is one of our favorite German restaurant in the city west Karlsruhe. Beautiful scenery and ambience. The food and service was just great. All the servers are very friendly and accommodating. Reservations recommended on weekend nights.

This restaurant has been a recommendation by a friend and I gave it at a Thursday during lunch time a try. Food was super delicious, prices fair and staff very friendly. Definitely worth a visit :)

Update:
Have been visiting this restaurant 30+ times in the mean time at different days and times. Food is always very delicious and staff super friendly and attentive. Besides their normal menu they also have daily changing lunch during the week as well as evening specials which are worth being checked out. Reservations recommended - especially in the evening and on weekends.

A good restaurant in Karlsruhe with a joice of healthy food as well as a good selection of drinks. It's apleasure to be seated outside with view directly on the Gutenbergplatz. Also the service was very friendly and helpful. A reservation might help as it can be quite busy on weekends evenings. Worth a visit...

Good German food in a great atmosphere. They have very few outdoor seats so you might want to reserve. The menu selection is pretty good and consists of traditional German food with a few decent vegetarian options. Our server was perfectly bilingual and quite nice. They accept bank cards!

Super good food for honest prices. The staff is efficient which is nice when dining with a 2 year old kid that needs to go to bed. The place was full early on a Thursday night with Germans, which seems a good sign to us. We would definitely come back.
