I had one of the worst hotel/guesthouse/hostel experiences at this place.

After arriving at the location(which is a very shady area) and found it super difficult to find the entry to the hotel and could not enter because I had no door key code or anything, some guest opened for me and I got in. Once in, at 10am in the morning, I found the reception CLOSED. This is unacceptable.

The toilets are not clean and one shower had a broken and damaged glass door. Weird people in the accomodation also.

It’s also very pricey for all of this so I do not recommend. However, the rooms were quite nice with each bed having its own cupboard which can be locked and for this , it gets a 2 star rating and not one.

I do NOT recommend this place. First of all, I was fooled when booking my room. I was using Booking.com's „toilet” filter selected as a facility, thinking that it would only show me rooms that have a private toilet, not any kind of toilet (is there any accommodation that does not have this „feature” at all?). So I selected this place that also didn't mention that toilets and showers are shared not even in the room name, as customary.

The aforementioned toilets and showers were dirty.

The other co-guests were pretty shady and not nice to interact with so I felt unsafe overall.

Having booked a private room for myself, I had a lot of space but I absolutely did not get the experience I was expecting for the money.

My room had a direct exit to the terrace which was nice but the door's glass was too thin and I could prominently hear all the chatter of the other guests outside.

The WiFi did not reach out to my room, it was completely unusable both on my phone and laptop. A stronger WiFi network was available but the password provided by the reception did not work for it, so for my whole stay I had to use mobile against my roaming data cap.

I would absolutely avoid this place, there are better places with private rooms and bathrooms at the same pricepoint. This place offers a low-cost hostel experience no matter what tier of room you choose.

Clean, beds already made, fair price! The receptionist was very friendly and the option to check in late (any time) is perfect if you’re on the go! It’s basically inside the (beautiful) city centre with options to park nearby. Would recommend 100%!

Shady neighborhood (even though it’s in the city centre) and shady people in the hostel (mostly single older men). After an lucky first time we couldn’t open the bathroom for women wich meant we had to shower in the communal bathroom, were the showers have no lock. With the shady people staying, me and my friend were really uncomfortable with that. The room was warm but the sunblind was down (only at our room we saw later?) so we couldn’t let in some fresh air. For this price, a def no from us.

Unfortunately only the location is good. Excellent. But the hotel/hostel is very depersonalized, toilets are tiny, almost like an airport version, shower completely unpractical. Beds and pillows uncomfortable, I had a feeling the whole bed will collapse when I turn on the other side plus it was incredibly loud. They are severly understaffed so the receptionists are almost never there, keeping the reception locked. There is absolutely no feeling of a hostel, no common room, people are just coming to sleep and get the f... Outta there. Everything is in German, which I find ridiculous. It is such a terrible shame because the location is amazing.they need a complete restructuring of the way they work and interior design, they could be a famous hostel if they did that, not only dissapounting people. Plus the price is ridiculous. 30 euro for a terrible bed, no breakfast. Much wow.

It's a really good place to stay (especially for students). It's in the main city, which makes everything easily accessible.
