All the ladies at the counter including the manager are ignorant arrogant idiots. I went there to exchave the battery for my watch, which is still under warranty, and they would not do it without a receipt. I bought my watch in the US at a Fossi store, and I was told that there is no need to show receipts any more since the year of the warranty is hard printed on the back of the phone. I tried to explain this to the ladies at the store, but they would not listen to anything that I said. They thought I was plain stupid. Incredible.

I love this mark! I have few watches from Fossil! Also it's a very good ideea to buy a watch from Fossil for a gift! The team is very nice!

Umtausch von Edelstahlohrringen welche am Samstag als Geschenk gekauft und gleich Montags wieder zurück gebracht wurden nicht möglich! Angeblich auch hygienischen Gründen. Man kann die doch unproblematisch desinfizieren und gut! Sogar Unterwäsche kann zurückgegeben und im Laden gab es hierauf keinen Hinweis welchen wir gesehen haben. Nicht gerade kundenorientiert, sehr schade :-(
