Looking back on good experiences, we visited the lunch table at Erasmus today. In a wonderful atmosphere in the garden, we expressed the desire to drink a good Chianti and to get to know each other better. The maestro himself, Marcello Gallotti, gave us extensive instruction and excellent recommendations. But that's not all, he spontaneously designed a suitable menu for the wine we had chosen. Every single course was perfect and prepared with love (can't be found on the menu!). Thank you for so much attention and respect for the wishes of customers.

A perfect evening! - It was a perfect match. The "Terra e Mare" menu with wine accompaniment was consistent and both in terms of taste and arrangement at the highest level. Picking out individual aspects would not do justice to the overall composition and I can only recommend experiencing this pleasure for yourself.
In my personal case (I can't move my hands due to paraplegia) they not only asked if the dishes should be portioned accordingly (!), but they also conjured up their own matching arrangement! The service was similarly attentive and friendly overall.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire evening.

Im Rückblick auf gute Erfahrungen, besuchten wir heute den Mittagstisch im Erasmus. In herrlicher Atmosphäre im Garten, äußerten wir den Wunsch, einen guten Chianti trinken, und näher kennen lernen zu wollen. Der Maestro persönlich Marcello Gallotti gab uns eine umfangreiche Einweisung und herausragende Empfehlung. Doch damit nicht genug, entwarf er aus dem Stehgreif ein passendes Menü zu dem von uns gewählten Wein. Jeder einzelne Gang war perfekt und mit Liebe zubereitet (nicht in der Karte zu finden!). Vielen Dank für so viel Aufmerksamkeit und Respekt für die Wünsche der Kunden.

Ein perfekter Abend! - Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Das Menü "Terra e Mare" mit Weinbegleitung war in sich stimmig und sowohl geschmacklich als auch vom Arrangement auf höchstem Niveau. Einzelne Aspekte herauszugreifen würde der Gesamtkomposition nicht gerecht werden und ich kann nur empfehlen, diesen Genuss selbst zu erleben.
In meinem persönlichen Fall (ich kann aufgrund einer Querschnittlähmung meine Hände nicht bewegen) wurde nicht nur nachgefragt, ob die Speisen entsprechend portioniert werden sollen (!), sondern es wurde auch ein eigenes dazu passendes Arrangement gezaubert! Ähnlich aufmerksam und freundlich war der Service insgesamt.
Meine Frau und ich haben den gesamten Abend rundherum genossen.

Restaurant gemacht! Vom Service übers Ambiente bis zum Essen war einfach alles absolute Spitze! Der Preis ist aus meiner Sicht gerechtfertigt, auch wenn er auf den ersten Blick hoch erscheint.

Die Qualität der Lebensmittel, die Art der Zubereitung sowie das ganze Erlebnis als solches rechtfertigen dies!

Ich würde einen Besuch im Erasmus jedem empfehlen!
