Ich wollte heute ein Make-up von Chanel kaufen und vor dem Kauf die entsprechende Farbe testen. Leider war der Tester in dem von mir benötigten Farbton nicht auffindbar. Ich fragte mehrfach die Beraterin nach einer anderen Möglichkeit und habe keine andere Antwort erhalten, als "der Tester ist nicht da". Ich hatte das Gefühl, die Beraterin wollte mich los werden. Auch von ihr kam absolut nichts, nur ein künstlich aufgesetztes Lächeln (keine Entschuldigung, oder Verständnis, keine kleine Produktprobe - hier obwohl ich trotzdem etwas kaufte). Für mich war das definitiv der letzte Kauf hier. Ich lasse mein Geld lieber dort, wo ich als Kundin ehrlich geschätzt werde und wo Kunde immer noch ein König ist.
