Guten Tag, da ich Stammkunde bin möchte ich mich gerne äussern. Ich hatte eine persönliche Beratung bei einer Frau Last in ihrem Unternehmen. Da Frau Last mir von ihren Produkten abriet und ihr Unternehmen so schlecht ins Licht stellte, sie sagte mir z.B. dass die Nassrassierer von Ihnen nicht geeignet wären obwohl ich die dannach selbst getestet habe und auch mit meinem starken Bart die verwenden konnte.
Auch die Art und Weise wie sie mich beraten hat war unter aller Sau.
Zudem hatte ich auch eine Rechnung von dieser Dame für diese Rasierer die ich dann im Nachgang bestellte bekommen und die war leider komplett falsch!!! Musste angeblich 10 Packungen bezahlen obwohl ich nur 2 bestellte. Ist das bei euch gang ung gebe? Als ich anrief war die Frau sehr patzig und rotz frech am Telefon. ÜBerlegt mal ob ihr dadurch mich und andere Stammkunden durch diese Frau Last verlieren wollt!

Liebes DM TEAM ich würde mir überlegen wen ich einstelle vor allem was die Beratung angeht besser zu schulen denn die Art und Weise wie ich beraten wurde war unter aller SAU:
Die Dame sagte mir zwar dass sie in der BIlanzbuchhaltung arbeiten würde aber sie mich auch beraten könnte.
Ich werde um dieses Geschäft leider obwohl ich sogar Pay back Punkte sammler gewesen bin einen grossen Bogen machen.

ICH LASSSE MICH ALS JAHRE LANGER STAMMKUNDE VON FRAU LAST NICHT SO ABFERTIGEN UND WERDE DAS DRINGENDE UND OBLIGATORISCHE GESPRÄCH MIT DER GESCHÄFTSLEITUNG SUCHEN!!!!!
