The room was tidy and the bed was good. There was no fan or AC and the room was very warm. Was impossible to sleep with the window open as the big hotel sign was outside lighting up the room and a noisy road. I got some ear plugs and that helped. We had booked parking and paid for 3 days but the second day we came back the parking was full and we had to park on the street. Breakfast was good. If you don't mind heat this hotel is a good option.

My 1st room was fine for a few days until the toilet wouldn’t stop flushing. The next room had bed bugs, and so did the 3rd room. Cannot recommend this hotel.

Very decent hotel close to city center with friendly staff, Karlsruhe's mall (Ettlinger Tor Karlsruhe) is at a walking distance of 10mins, Karlsruhe's main train station is nearby (20 to 25 mins). Breakfast was great with many varieties.

The hotel is old and the rooms were disgusting. When we arrived the hotel, the room was not be prepared. After we explained the situation, they said to be prepared new room for us. In the next room there were eyeleashes on the commode and the room was also not be prepared. I definitely not recommend this place.

Good place to stay at a fair price. Clean. Very nice staff. Would always come again. They are working to improve the wifi. Very good.

Lovely experience in a centrally located hotel in Karlesruhe. Excellent breakfast. The underground railway is being built out front but this wasn't a problem. Slightly quirky and a little bit retro with modern facilities and friendly and helpful staff.

Great location near several malls and the zoo, nice breakfast buffet.
Room was spacious, but the bathroom door scraped against the toilet seat during opening and closing. The Doppelbett was literally 2 (US twin size) beds next to each other, both of them on rolls, with nothing connecting them, so every now and then they'd drift apart.
