T-bone Steak + special beer at €31, the best quality/price in Karlsruhe for the meat eaters. Great choice of burgers and fries also but I am a T-bone steak guy!

I really love these burgers ! service is also good, and fast ! which is so important when You're hungry ! The only thing i didn't like last time was ... the homemade IceTea, named "white" it supposed to be with apple and other stuff, buy it tasted like water with lemon and nothing else, so, better choose something else, especially if You're thirsty. But food, i mean burgers are awesome !

Ok, so the "choose your ingredients" thingie is not new and we did not come here for that.

But ordering a custom burger is a sufficiently simple process for the possibilities and, what is the most important thing, the result is delicious (almost) no matter which combination you choose.

The menu is well written, clear and short. The food is very good. The beer is interestingly served in some metal cups (that was new for me).

Service is also fine, prices are very decent for the place (20 to 25 euros for a decent double burger with some upgrades under the hood).

I would come here again!

I always liked going to Bratar!
I specially like the hamburguer and the grilled bacon! The home made souce is wonderful and combines nicely with the burger.
One of the best places to go for a hamburguer!
However, last time we were there and for the first time we were in bratar, the employee that served us, was rude. As long as he works there, I will for sure not stop for a meal.

Super tasty burgers ???? Large portions.
Moderate prices and democratic atmosphere.
A very pleasant place.

My burger was very tasty, the said was super fresh and tasty too. We ate on the terrace because our was not smelling very good inside the restaurant, a mix of grease and bad cleaning. The staff was nice and very helpful. The toilets are ok.

Great burgers, but they should serve it separately from the sides (salad). The bun becomes soggy, but the taste is great. Maybe more choice of beers, and overall a good place to eat.
