Die Halle ist vermutlich ein Eingemeindungsgeschenk aus der kommunalen Gebietsreform. Sonst käme man wohl nicht auf die Idee, eine solche Veranstaltungshalle in einem Stadtteil jwd zu bauen. Die Lage hat natürlich auch einen Vorteil: zahlreiche kostenlose Parkplätze. Die ÖPNV-Anbindung ist hingegen nicht so optimal bor allem wenn man von auswärts kommt und am Karlsruher Hauptbahnhof umsteigen muss - die Fahrt mit der S-Bahn zieht sich. Momentan scheint die Halle gerade ein Facelifting zu bekommen. Die Toiletten waren bei meinem Besuch geschlossen und vor der Halle stand ein Toilettenwagen. Das ist hoffentlich kein Dauerzustand.
