The room was actually good! The staffs were nice and approachable, after checking out we had still time bfore our departure so we left our bags in their storage room and roamed around the city again with comfort! the air conditioner was not that functioning so well?! But nonetheless we slightly opened the window and it was cool. The shower was on and off hot/ cold though already adjusted at the exact temperature. But all in all our stay at this hotel was decent!

Great hotel! Very clean, the windows are very well insulated and block 99% of the noise from the street, even the sound of the tram could barely be heard! The aircon works very well and keeps the room very comfortable. The beds are large and comfy, the room was clean. You can opt to have cleaning done less often and get a free drink voucher also. One of the best in Germany.

We had a great stay at Premier Inn in Heidelberg. The hotel was spotless and well-appointed. The staff person at the desk was super friendly and spoke English. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet with triple pain windows. I would stay at this chain again anytime.

We stayed here before when it was a Holiday Inn Express. The location is unbeatable. The Premier Inn brand is rather unknown to me but I am pleasant surprised about the friendliness of the Staff. The hotel is extremely clean and still adheres to Covid-19 protocols which offers an additional layer of comfort and security. Edeka grocery store in the same building is priceless and the street car stop is right in front of the hotel. Although it has a new name it is still our favorite hotel.

The location was very central and convenient. The receptionists were very friendly, attentive, and overall excellent. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and value for money. Will recommend.

Very clean, very very quiet. Incredibly helpful staff, wonderful breakfast buffet. Our family had a hiccup in our plans when our lodging (booked through an online 3rd party) fell thru. Premier Inn saved the day with top notch service and amenities. The location is close to public transit and many excellent restaurants. The entire facility has a very modern, sleek feel. Small, but nice selection of beverages at the reception bar/lounge.
Again, the breakfast buffet is shockingly good, and at 12.5€/person, I don't see how they can be making money on it.
Also, the front desk speaks English better than I (a native speaker) does, yet they still humored my semi-comprehensible German.
The next time we come to Heidelberg, we will be staying here.

Friendly atmosphere on arrival and felt straight at home. Everything clean and welcoming. Make sure you get the address fully in the navi as the streets around are fun...
