We've ordered here a familypizza for 2 adults.. First we had to call after an hour to ask how long it would take.. And then after 30 minutes it arrived.. It sounded like they forgot about our order.. When it arrived the delivery guy wasn't really pleased and the food was just not good.. Pizza was with a lot of cheese and we couldn't taste anything else what was sepose to be on there.. After the pizza we didn't even dare to eat the salate.. Never again!

I ordered a pasta and it tasted alright, portion is generous. The service was horrendous. The delivery guy called me to go down stairs to pick it up - it's okay. He was shouting at me very angrily when I ran to open the door for him because I missed his call.. well they took almost 1.5 hours to come here while the app said only 35 mins so I was not expecting any calls. But I understand it is a stressful job - fine. I stupidly gave him some tips hoping to calm him down and he continued shouting at me. Haha I am not even mad.. it's amusing. NEVER AGAIN.

I had a very impolite discussion with the delivery guy. There are two stairways in my building and I have explained it in detail in my order. He did not bring the delivery upstairs and I was waiting, then I went to the building entrance to check, he told me that it does not interest him and tried to leave the order on the floor and I told him that I would not take the food in that condition. I have called the restaurant and they refuse to refund my money. I keep on contacting the app I have used and will try to get my money back. I wish I have checked the ratings first.
