I had the worst experience ever! The staff is rude, telling us (*in high tone) that they are closing in 30mins. They put a board, saying 30% discount for whatever on the display. We order the discounted food. But they charge the original price.
When we asked why they didnt deduct our bill? They said, "it is because we just start discounting,right now." But the board was there for 15mins before we order.

The food is cold, the fish not fresh, salad yucks. I dunno what is good about this place.

First time ever had ice cold batter fried fish on a bun which taste horrible, flat coke from the fountain and l asked the cashier if they have bottle coke which they do sell them at the take out window, she said that they don't have in German. The cashier doesn't speak English in a tourist area which is first to me. Worst food l have had in Germany.

Food is okay. Asking for fresh fish in a non costal area is illogical. The stuff aren't cool at all. Particularly with tourists who don't speak German, that's enough for me not to recommend the place...

3 times we came here to eat the dinner and each time the answer was that the kitchen was already closed although it was 18:00 (the restaurant close at 20:00)
The man said that the cook finishes at 16:00 !!
So, it was not possible to eat at all because they had no food anymore.
And the people who work there are not kind at all. We will never come again !!

Choice of food are fine. Now they combine the 2 places on this street, this new one is finer. The fish soup are our favorite and it’s one of the yummiest fish soup
