Very good choice for a bed. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We received 2 coffee capsules for the Nespresso-style machine and 2 bottles of sparkling water per day for free.

The location is very good (about 15min walking to the central station and 15min walking to the edge of the old town) and the surroundings are not too noisy (maybe with warmer nights you might hear the traffic in the morning when the windows are open).

Very interesting concept: there is nothing in the room to be paid for (no mini fridge, no cookies or chocolate bars). This means the checkout is simply give back the key(s). The check-in was made through a automat (found the reservation through my name). The reception is not 24/7, but there isn't really anything you need to talk about. In the end, we never talked to anyone during our stay.

Inexpensive, nice room. Limited reception hours but automatic check in machine for use outside of the afternoon hours. Good location and free coffee/water in the room! They provided a fan on a hot summer night ????

This hotel is convenient and clean. The size of rooms is quite small. The main limitation if you are checking late is the parking. It would be difficult to find a parking in the street. There is a kiosk for checking in.

Late check in at 3pm, which is when staff comes.

So cozy!! For 99 euro my friend and I had an apartment with two rooms. They're very comfortable.

The room was very clean. Comfortable bed, TV, coffee machine, WiFi worked fine. No breakfast option, no room service, automatic checking. The hotel is about having a nice room, 300m away from Bismarck Platz, at a very affordable price.

This hotel overcharged three times more than the original price and then they didn't correct the problem until I noticed it a month later from my credit card bill. I required immediate refund but it took three weeks. I asked their polite apology but they didn't give any apology mail even a word. What an awful service mind!

The check in process is awful. Machine didn't work so had to wait 30 minutes with no apology when sorted. Room shapes are very strange. Better value to be found in area
