Ok - good hotel. The receptionist was very nice and helpful and we could check-in earlier than 3 p.m. even though the hotel was quite busy at the time. You'll also find some apples and free water in the lobby, which is nice. The breakfast is good and plenty and served from 06:30 until 10:30 a.m. However, our room was definitely in need of some repairs/attention. Half the lights in the bathroom did not work and one of the shelves next to the bed was loose. Also, the bedcover was filthy and needed either a thorough cleaning or replacing. Expect somewhat aged furnishing and to sleep on a quite hard mattress (which was fine for me), if you stay here.

I have a reservation for two days, my first day yesterday, but unfortunately they put us in a room that passes in a corridor with a bad smell. I think there is dog droppings in the corridor. We reported to them more than once, and unfortunately they did not solve the problem so far.

Nice hotel. Quick and easy drive into Heidelberg. Air conditioning in rooms. Fraction of price of city center hotels. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Functional hotel with large and clean rooms. Personel, especially at breakfast is friendly. Breakfast was good with enough choices.

The hotel has enough parkingspaces, but some are located behind a pumpstation which is very dark and feels unsafe. Located at the outer rim of the city.

General impression is clean but outdated and some minor things in the bathroom need repair or are damaged. The aircon in the room is working but could do more. Flushing the toilets sometimes needs 3 times, so for enviromental that is a big minus.

General conclusion: good enough price/quality for stopover while travelling.

Lovely hotel with reasonable prices. I wish the breakfast prices wasn't this expensive (20-24 EUR per day). Also the free parking is a plus for this hotel.

The morning breakfast was second to none. Great selection of food that was delicious. Super friendly staff that assisted you in the morning.

Rooms were ok. It used to be a holiday inn but i guess leonardo bought them out. Room rates were ok, but eoom had slight smoke smell and quite a few bugs to be found. Hot showers though and breakfast was surprisingly good
