Wonderful family hotel on a historical building in South German style. Rooms are spacious and clean. It's close to a busy street but it's also true that the soundproof windows work excellently. Friendly staff is helpful and the sauna and breakfast included are the cherry on top of the cake. 100% recommended.

The hotel itself was nice enough. But we were very disappointed to be quoted one price and when we checked out they charged 150€ more. We booked a family room and they added on additional costs for our kids- the nightly stay and breakfast. They also charged for using their own parking spaces. I don’t like going to a place and then feeling nicked and dimed. I think it’s wrong to get a family room (which is already the most expensive room) and then charge more and more. The breakfast was quaint but it wasn’t really a buffet breakfast- there was only 3 hot items (hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, and sausages). When those things were emptied they weren’t always refilled. Therefore save the money, and buy breakfast behind the hotel at the bakery— it will be half the cost and just as good!!

Very lovely hotel with free sauna. You might need ear plugs that you can borrow from the reception if your neighbours are loud. Breakfast is ample and fresh. Hotel is a tad away from everything except for Domino's pizza. But tram and bus stops are right infront.

It's far from old town, but the location is ideal if you plan on visiting the thoraxklinik. Right next to the tram station. The hotel is clean. The food is good. The staff are very friendly. The only negative thing is that the rooms aren't soundproofed, you can here the cars and the tram passing buy

This hotel is one of the best if have stayed in. It is a nice family run hotel that has a great location to the city and restaurants. The rooms are great and not so expensive compared to the city. The breakfast was also very good and had plenty of breakfast choices.

I travel a lot and this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
The rooms are all so noisy from the road outside that they give out free ear plugs at reception. The tram is so close it shakes the bed and runs nearly all night.
Added to that, the WiFi wasn’t working in the room. AND even though I found an alternative hotspot I could connect to, they weren’t interested in paying me back €5 that I had to pay. AND reception was fairly rude during the discussion while trying to sort this out.
Do not book here!!!

Used this hotel as a base for my trip to the 2016 German Grand Prix. It's located about 2km south of the city centre but it is perfect for the purpose I needed it for. There's abundant transport links to the city centre, central train station (Hauptbahnhoff) or both.
On top of that, the hotel ensures that you get to your room even outside of reception hours.
