The hotel is nicely located close to the old town and quite comfortable. The breakfast is tasty and generous.

There were few negative points:
1) the view from my room was on the wall next building, i.e. no view at all
2) the towel dryer did not work
3) the blanket was very small

A hidden gem is what this hotel is. Very nice location and very very delicious breakfast. The staff are so nice and helpful. They are welcoming and cheerful. It’s suited in a corner in front of the river. I had a very wonderful view. Parking was a bit hard as it was in a different nearby building but there are cheaper parking at the hotel that must be booked in advance. To sum things up pros: location, breakfast, air conditioning, staff, price
Cons: parking and bathrooms in need of a renovation

Very nice clean and comfortable hotel. We stayed here June 2006 on our tour through Europe. Germany is beautiful and this hotel is centrally located so it's an easy walk to take in the sights and the view is spectacular. Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating and we really enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is centrally situated, the view on the river is splendid. It is clean, and has everything that you need. But what really stands out is the friendliness of the Hotel personnel and their willingness to help you. Also the breakfast is composed of really good ingredients, totally recommend.

Hotel Panorama rates high on our list for small hotels.
**superb location in Heidelberg, Germany--walk out the door and you are directly in town; notify them if you come by car to get parking
**breakfast is fresh, plentiful, good variety and served in a lovely room with Neckar views; excellent service
**rooms in any category are clean, up-to-date and optically pleasing; beds sleep very well- it's worth the bit of extra euro to get a room with the Neckar view and more quad meter space
**for a 3 star superior, the hotel far exceeds the category
**whenever we travel to Heidelberg, this is where we stay; never have been disappointed!

We stayed one night. The hotel upgraded our room without us asking which was really nice. The room was clean and well equipped u0026 well stocked with lots of coffee and tea. Breakfast was included with the rate and was good with many options! Honestly have zero complaints u0026 wished we were staying longer!
