My wife and myself recently spent 3 nights at Hotel Anlage and cannot praise it highly enough. From the moment we stepped in the door we were made to feel so welcome - the owners are just so friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and the location is excellent for visiting the Old Town (5 min walk to Hauptstrasse). Top class breakfast provided using local sourced produce, the highlight being the homemade jam! Would most certainly stay there again if returning to Heidelberg.

Excellent value! Incredibly authentic and warm hospitality. Family owned and operated. We were always greeted with a smile from a friendly face. Great breakfast and wonderful coffee. A quiet breakfast room which I love while traveling. Charming hotel, clean and spacious room, comfy bed, paid secure parking, and fantastic location!! Every time we walked back to our hotel we remarked on how it really was the perfect location in Heidelberg. The service is what stood out here. Highly recommend!

Family owned company. incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is not a buffet(because of corona) but it is absolutely delicious with fresh rolls from a good baker. I didn't notice anything that could have been done better. 5 Stars :)

We stayed here for two nights while visiting my father who lives in Heidelberg now. I can not say enough about how wonderful this little gem is! I wish we had Bu0026Bs like this is in the US! The place is run by a delightful couple who were just amazing. They were very helpful and made us breakfast each morning and spent time to share theIr experiences with us.
Homemade preserves too! And great coffee!!!
The room was perfect and clean and we slept like babies on the bed.
If you're in Heidelberg, you can not go wrong with this place. We stay at hotels all over the place and this was a 5 star experience worth the time to actually post a review. And for a very very fair price!

Room was large and clean. Bathroom relatively modern. TV was small and matress was pretty uncomfortable. Great location and good breakfast in the morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful place. Felt so at home. Very friendly staff. They even had gluten free breakfast for my wife.
