Heidelberg APHEARTMENTS

We booked two apartments for 12 of us in January 2018, confirmed with them twice and all was great. We arrived in Germany on July 1st to our first location. On July 7th we traveled to Heidelberg Apheartments and we were told on our printed confirmation letter that someone would meet us at 4pm. We called and waited until 5pm with no reply. I went to a nearby restaurant to get Wi-Fi to check my email and saw they had canceled my reservation on July 5th, and they had already taken payment from my credit card. I had to scramble to find something for 8 adults and 4 kids. I found something 7kms away, which made parking and touring Heidelberg very hard. I found Germany a great place to visit and this was the only concern. I wouldn't trust their integrity.

Very disappointed with this company. We had 12 people, including children, booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, confirmed several times over a 5 month period. They cancelled our reservation by email 2 days prior to our arrival, an email which I didn't receive until our arrival at the property and they didn't offer any alternative. I will never use this place and advise everyone to avoid the Heidelberg Apheartments.

Leider nur 1 Badezimmer und dafür muss man durch ein Schlafzimmer durch. Kuchenmobiliar und Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Fernseher könnte größer sein.

Lage unschlagbar. Dafür gestaltet sich allerdings die Parkplatzsuche als sehr schwierig. Entweder man parkt in einem kostenpflichtigen Parkhaus oder man muss eben weit laufen.
