Clean but outdated. Mattress has seen better days. I've woke up with a back pain.
Not even a tea-coffee facility. Okay for one night stay but not for longer.

The location is good, close to oldtown Heidelberg and a stone throw away from the Neckar. A small grocery shop and restaurants are close by.
Its outdated, it wouldn't be a problem if it was al functional. The room doors are paper thin the same goes for the walls. The bed was broken when i got there. Had to fix it to be able to sleep in it. Not something you want to do when paying for a stay.

Im Hotel war leider nie Personal zu sehen, außerdem waren die Zimmer extrem hellhörig (man konnte die Nachbarn Zähneputzen hören), die Decke im Bad und der Teppich im Zimmer waren fleckig. Auch werden hier scheinbar die Zimmer über Tag nicht gemacht und somit auch keine Handtücher ausgewechselt. Eine Abtrennug auf dem Balkon zum Nachbarn wäre auch nicht schlecht.
Dafür war dann aber wenigstens die gegend angenehm ruhig und die Aussicht sehr schön.

Insgesamt muss man sagen, ein ungepflegtes Haus ohne Service. Zum Glück waren die Schränke im Flur nicht abgesperrt, sodass man sich mit Toilettenpapier und ggf Handtüchern selbst bedienen konnte.
