Not happy at all. for such an expensive hotel - the carpets were really old and dirty, service was terrible, there was no iron box, I had called the reception who said they would send it to me on day 1 of checking in, I never received it till I had checked out !!! Food buffet was good... I would not want to stay here again

Dreadful hotel ... sorry but ... best avoid.

1- Tried to get a coffee after check in , told by bar staff very rudely they only accepted cash ?? Took complaining to reception to be able to get it added to my room .. Not a great opening gambit from the hotel.

2. Upon turning on the TV not many channels ... 4 channels of russian state propaganda ... No english speaking news channels ... In this day and age, and with current events in the Ukraine that is TOTALLY unacceptable !!!! To be told that they can do nothing about this..This is not a plausible excuse !!
Many people have done great things in a short time regarding this ... Hotel management clearly needs to have a long think about this and up their game.

3. Rooms are very dated and feel like a bad cruise ship from the 1990's .. really need updating . No air conditioning which is a bit rubbish bearing in mind the temperature was hot in my room and outside road noise was high..

This hotel has not got the feel of a 4 star hotel... more like a bad 3 star in my opinion .

4. Wifi is incredibly slow ... Download speed in single MBPS ...I almost can speak binary quicker than the speed they give us.. upload was quicker than download ... great for the fortnite game players I guess... but I am not.

5. Location ... Miles away from anything ... taxi costs to the center of town.. an exorbitant €20 ... Was told there was a subway next door .. Great ! until I found out that it was a .. "...do you want a footlong and do you want it toasted..." establishment .. not an "..einzelfahrschein bitte ..." establishment ..

Extremely expensive for a junior suite which is very old. No Wi-Fi working in the suites and even after reporting it, nothing was done. Breakfast was decent.

Loved the buffet for breakfast! Comfy beds and great service overall.

The room rate of ~60€ per night for a single room somehow reflects the age of the hotel - has seen better days... Breakfast policy is a rip-off: 19€ for quite a standard buffet. Staff is very friendly and also the restaurant for dining was good.

My stay here was simply OK. The staff was friendly and professional. I was in need of an iron and ironing board, and was directed to a board room that appeared to have a meeting the next morning. This was just a little confusing and did not offer much privacy. The room itself was clean. The furniture could use an update to provide a more comfortable stay. The location of this establishment was not that great as there is not much to do walking distance wise. I had arrived late and wanted to eat dinner, but I had no other choice than the hotel restaurant. The food was good with no complaints.
