Positiv: jede Menge Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür, Milonzirkel, Gerätekrafttraining, jede Menge Cardiogeräte und relativ neu jetzt ein Xtensions-Bereich für umfangreiche Dehnübungen, Physiotherapie und Massagen sind im Haus möglich, Saunabereich vorhanden, es gibt ein Kursprogramm.
Es handelt sich um ein ordentliches Fitnessstudio ohne Musikbeschallung und das Publikum ist überwiegend älter. Teilweise sind sehr engagierte Trainer vorhanden, aber leider wechselt das Personal sehr häufig. Insgesamt ist es aber ein guter und ruhiger Ort zum Trainieren und zur Gesunderhaltung. Es ist nie überfüllt und man hat kaum Wartezeiten an irgendwelchen Geräten. Abends gibt es leider keinen Zumba-Kurs mehr.
