Cool place , nice atmosphere and (once I figured out the overly complex ordering system) was quite a nice place to eat , with a really nice spinach pesto pasta dish ..

Star rating lowered because the ordering system is ridiculous, you must first take a card and then book your order on a kiosk, then go back to the bar to get your drink and pay (can pay later with the card) and then go to your table with the pager, and once the pager goes off , you have to go back in and pick up your meal !

In a group this also means everyone gets their food at different times which is not so pleasant. Good option but could be much simpler

The atmosphere and vibes feel very upscale yet it is a self service restaurant which I found very interesting. Large menu with gluten free pizza options. Unsure about risk of cross contamination. They also had an option to substitute vegan cheese for anyone who is also dairy free. I got the vegan gluten free Margherita pizza and really enjoyed it… they put an olive oil garlic mixture on top which added a little something to it. My partner got the vegan gluten free sausage with arugula. Both were very delicious. One was probably enough for both, though. Would definitely go back.

Its comfort food as its best. The service is a bit slow especially during peak hours but all in all, a pleasant place to visit.

Decadent. Vapiano is losing their edge… and I’m saying this after experience of last 2 visits. The restaurant is not well taken care, walls are dirty and services in complete disarray. The floor in front of pickup and order points is so oily that it is hard to stand.
I’m sorry to see such a great place going downhill this badly.

The staff here are amazing - so so friendly and warm, they made our experience absolutely wonderful! The food is great too. Highly recommend.

Thank you for offering vegan dishes! I was so happy. Pasta vegetalia with zoodles was to die for, the pizza vegetalia -- omg, and the vegan risotto was amazing as well. I hope they keep these in their menu!!
