Great food with friendly service in a lovely space. Little touches like candles, a complimentary wine sample, and a post-meal mint chocolate show they care. Overall very pleasant dining experience after a visit to Herrenhäuser Gärten.

Cozy atmosphere and good food.

I went here as a part of a department dinner with a fixed menu. Nevertheless, all dishes were excellent from chestnut soup to turkey with 3 different kinds of Spätzle to an awesome dessert. Our group of 60 people filled the restaurant completely and enabled a nice evening with just the colleagues. The selection of beverages was also good in beer, wine and other drinks.
This location is recommended both for private but also especially for such company dinner and events.

Discovered Spätzle for the first time - home made noodles with a delicious cheese sauce and delicate fried onions. Fabulous! Plus the dish came with a lovely side salad. Yum.
