Breakfast is ok.
A person from housekeeping entered in my room while showering. Very rough people and they dont speak in english. Seems you are 200 years back in time. Please dont come here is an abuse the price for the service and installations

Was visiting on a work trip and this place was the worst. We had our confirmation number and receipt for check in. The lady at the front desk who didn't speak any English refused to even look at it and just kept saying "No". She didn't even really check on her computer for oure reservation. She had to call two other service girls who kind of spoke English and after 2 1/2 hours they were able to find my reservation. My coworker also had the same issue but instead they let someone else in her room which was some random male and she's a women which is not only scary but I unprofessional. Even though she was on the receipt they just said sorry about giver her reservation to someone under her room and told her just go in to find bags of the male in there. This was probably the worst experience I've had staying at a hotel. Corporate needs to really needs to check on their business operations and handle this type of stuff and be more accountable for their hotels.

The hotel is very hot and the air conditioners do not work and the hotel tells you to open the window to get air, and the problem is that the air outside is hot. I advise not to stay in this hotel in the summer

Only the location is good about the hotel.

Unfortunately it is impossible to contact them. The phone number does not work and no one aswers the contact form.

My experince was terrible, unfortunately receptionist was too much rude and speaking way to us wasnt accaptable. On the other hand it is too expensive during exhibition !!!

No restaurant,no toiletries in room,one pillow and one very small blanket in room. No coffee or sugar in room, no ice anywhere either. All blamed on covid of course. That was not a problem at any of the other hotels I've been in the last 2 years. Just here for some reason.

It's an OK hotel, but very noisy, so I recommend bringing ear plugs for a good sleep. Also, during my stay, half of the electical plugs were not working. Also, only body soap available, so if you need anything above that, bring it with you
