Very good welcome, kind and warm staff, a perfect hotel for a business trip. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Do not hesitate to book.

A decent business hotel with perfect Messe location. If you gotta attend a trade fair in Hannover, I'd recommend this one.
Rooms are what you would expect from a decent hotel. Nothing too fancy but everything nice and clean with all the usual amenities. A bottle of water would have been nice though, when the room costs 500+€.

Breakfast and dinner were good quality with a decent assortment of things.

Parking is a bit cumbersome with having to free the ticket only at the reception and the gate wasn't reliable. But that's a nitpick and was resolved calling reception.
Due to the location it is well connected to the Autobahn etc.

To summarize this is a totally ok place to stay on a business trip.

The hotel is amazing. Clean, pretty and very profesional the rooms as well. The staff were very kind and dedicated to give the best service they can. The food at the buffe was amazing and plenty to choose from. I’m definitely coming back here when I revisit Hannover.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was clean and very elegant. The only thing that was unacceptable ist that there was no drinkable water in the room. It was really warm and there was air conditioner that was functional but I did get thirsty and I had to pay extra for it.

Payments were handled poorly.

The staff asked for double payment for rooms. I had paid upfront for 5 nights €2976.5 on 18th September, 2022 u0026 the staff asked me to pay again the same amount. I showed him the payment receipt, still he was adamant. I even had told him to give me in writing on the Hotel Letter-head, if he has not received the earlier payment. I told him that I will pay again, but he should give it to me in writing, which he refused.

Finally, I asked him to call his boss u0026 she came u0026 spoke something to him in German language. Then he apologised u0026 wanted to make amends.

Stayed here for one night during a very quiet Easter weekend (~10% occupancy). Plenty of free street parking around the hotel. Excellent superior room with nice colour scheme, good lighting concept and comfy bed (if you like very hard mattresses). Only downside was the very small bathroom.

Breakfast buffet was good although served in a room with hardly any daylight. Reception staff was pleasant, breakfast lady super friendly and welcoming.

Room for improvement: check-in took very long since the only receptionist had to take calls at the same time, no bottle of water provided in the room (and the water dispenser in the lobby had been removed once we came down), no daily newspaper provided (although part of the superior room package we booked), Nespresso capsules came in an odd number (five) and a strange mix of branded and cheap no-name (without any description of coffee type).

Conclusion: if you’re not looking for a romantic getaway but a functional business hotel with appealing rooms and friendly staff, the Radisson Blu is a good choice.

Great rooms, amazing outdoor storage to run on the trail, limited restaurant menu inside, no restaurants around, fitness room tiny and I would not even count that it exists.
