I can speak in German, and they can't speak in English, but try to communicate.. they are helpful . Not to much quality, and not too much expensive . Large store. Various home and office things. Bed, wardrobe, kitchen, furniture, and small things for kitchen or home.. but, after you buy something and your mind changed, you dont want to buy anymore, or your stuff discounted and you want your bill recalculate. they do not do this. they dont help. discounted price, they dont want to sell to you discounted price. you have to give it back your things and you only will get a gift card not money back and you will gift card after 15 days later. they dont want to sell to you discounted price and by this way, they quaranteed.

Was not good customer Service was very bad I wanted bed and kitchen but I could not find someone to assist us me any cster
Ups5ars on Kitchen side it was better Service but down there for Beds it was not ok ????????

Poco is a furniture shop like ikea and others. The collection is good and you also find products with reasonable price. Sometimes the staffs are not so friendly and not professional I'd say. During the checkout, someone can pay with credit card but the first day they denied to take my credit card payment. Few weeks later another person in checkout said I can pay with a credit card. Strange that the same checkout with a different person gives different information.

Arrived here on Thu, 2nd December at 18:30 and the shop was closed even if by oficial schedule the shop should be open

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM! I would give less stars if i could. Everthing was ok while ordering but the delivery was a mess and didn't work on the first attempt. The customer service was ridiculously unfriendly and made me pay for a service that wasn't provided. Ended up building half of my furniture alone.
