gerne habe ich dieses Etablissement zur Befriedigung meiner Wöchentlichen Nikotin-Sucht (seit Eröffnung diesen Jahres) besucht, allerdings musste ich leider letzten Samstagabend eine schreckliche Erfahrung mit dem Personal machen. Die Kellner/innen sind immer nett und freundlich- nicht falsch verstehen! Kurz zur Thematik: Wir hatten für einen Samstagabend eine Reservierung am Telefon getätigt, in welcher wir zur vorab genannten Zeit wahrnehmen wollten. Leider konnte diese allerdings genau an diesen Abend nicht im Buch gefunden werden. Eine Problematik für sich- in der Tat, allerdings wurde seitens Pearl nichts dagegen unternommen! Der Herr erinnerte sich an uns und unserer Reservierung, hatte dies allerdings nicht im Buch vermerkt oder konnte es für den besagten Abend nicht finden. Obwohl die Reservierung stattfand und der Fehler klar seitens Pearl lag und dies vom Pearl anerkannt wurde, wurde nicht versucht eine gemeinschaftliche Lösung zu finden! Es wurde lediglich gesagt: "Heute kann ich leider nichts mehr machen, kommt nächste Woche wieder". Das geht garnicht!

Nach mehrfacher Reservierung in der Bar, wurden wir zwei mal vor Ort abgewiesen (Samstag Abend). Es kam nur ein "da kann ich nix machen". In dem Moment kamen mir nur zwei Optionen in den Kopf
1. einen zusätzlichen Tisch für 4 Personen besorgen
2. in einer anderen Bar einen Tisch klären

Der Herr mit dem wir gesprochen hatten, hatte noch eine 3. Option
"Kommen Sie wann anders wieder, da kann ich nichts machen."

Wir fahren also insgesamt 250km für nichts. Kein Verständnis, keine Bemühung in Schulnoten wäre das eine glatte 6!

Eindeutig nicht zu empfehlen und werde ich auch so an mein Umfeld weitergeben.

Das ist die beste Pizza in Hannover. Besser geht es wahrscheinlich nur in Neapel....was wohl daran liegt, dass der Pizzabäcker aus Italien kommt, genauer Neapel. Wir haben schon mehrere Male dort bestellt. Die Pizza war IMMER perfekt und Burger und Pasta (vielleicht etwas zu durch) waren ebenfalls sehr lecker. Ich hoffe, dass sich dieser Laden an dieser Stelle mit diesem Pizzabäcker noch seeeehr lange hält.
