In den letzten Monaten habe ich diese gastliche Lokal mehrfach besucht.
Also der Chef ist ruhig und zuvorkommend.
Die Damen die bedienen sind aufmerksam und nett. Wenn es hochkommt, kommt evtl. auch ein wenig Stress hinzu, den der Chef aber abzubauen versucht: Das soll nicht negativ klingen - ich finde das sehr positiv.
Die Einrichtung ist rustikal und schlicht, aber die Speisen sind wirklich preislich im Rahmen.
Ob es die Pizza und die reguläre Karte ist oder die Angebote auf der schwarzen Tafel ... die Qualität ist einfach hervorragend.
Hoffentlich hält Chef an den Scaloppine in dieser Qualität fest, solange er lebt ;-)

Kleiner Tipp für diejenigen, die auch gerne Carpaccio essen: sagt an wenn ihr keinen Staudensellerie mögt, aber dennoch sehr schön zubereitet und es gab sogar ein kleines Amuse-Gueule.
