The contact for booking in advance and relatively spontaneously was very friendly and accommodating, we found our way around right away.
The breakfast is insufficient. I recommend the 7 Euro normal price p.p. to save and go to a bakery around the corner. You really get more for your money there.
The location is great, of course, but my understanding of value for money is different.

Unser Zimmer machte einen muffigen Eindruck (ältere Einrichtung, viel Teppich, Eindruck von wenig Frischluft), teilweise waren die Möbel nicht 100%ig intakt. Außerdem: Kein warmes Wasser und keine Heizung. Das wird da wohl kein Dauerzustand sein; zu schauen, wenn Gäste kommen, ob alles läuft und angestellt ist, setze ich aber voraus!
Der Kontakt zur Buchung im Voraus und relativ spontan war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, haben uns auch gleich zurecht gefunden.
Das Frühstück ist ungenügend. Ich empfehle, die 7 Euro Normalpreis p.P. zu sparen und dafür zu einem Bäcker um die Ecke zu gehen. Da bekommt ihr wirklich mehr für euer Geld.
Die Lage ist natürlich super, mein Preis-Leistungs-Verständnis ist dennoch ein anderes.

The room was small but completely sufficient for 2 people. The bathroom right there. Everything in the older style but clean and you have everything you need. As is the case in older houses, it was noisy, but we were never woken up by noise at night. You only heard in the morning when the other guests had left the room.
The breakfast was really sufficient. Everything fresh and served very nicely.
We would stay there again.
You should be aware in advance that you are not booking a luxury hotel.

Wir haben 4 Tage dort gewohnt weil wir Seminare im Hannover Congress Zentrum besucht hatten. Die Lage dafür ist perfekt, da man nur 10 min zu Fuß davon entfernt ist. Genauso schnell zur nächsten U-Bahn Station.
Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben schon im Vorraus eine Anleitung bekommen, wie wir an den Schlüssel gelangen, da wir erst um 24 Uhr angekommem sind. Hat alles super geklappt. Das Zimmer war zwar klein aber komplett ausreichend für 2 Personen. Das Badezimmer direkt dabei. Alles im älteren Stil aber sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Wie es in älteren Häusern eben so ist, war es recht hellhörig, jedoch wurden wir nachts nie durch Lärm geweckt. Lediglich morgens hat man gehört, wenn die anderen Gäste das Zimmer verlassen hatten.
Das Frühstück war wirklich ausreichend. Alles frisch und sehr nett bedient.
Wir würden wieder dort wohnen.
Es sollte einem eben vorher bewusst sein, dass man kein Luxushotel bucht.
