This place has a really great atmosphere and the best cocktails, they feel like they’re worth the €10-12 price. However there are a few suggestions I’d like to make:
The entrance was very hard to find. There needs to be some sort of sign on how to get inside.
The atmosphere beckons you to stay there all night with your friends, but the selection of drinks means we probably won’t. While the cocktails were amazing, I think the average customer doesn’t want back-to-back specialty cocktails, but instead would like one cocktail and a cheaper beer or something to clean their palate. There weren’t any sort of snacks offered either, so it was hard for us to justify staying longer.
We also weren’t sure what the intended audience of the bar was. At one point the music was turned up very loud and we could barely hear each other. This would suggest more of a party-hard crowd rather than the relaxed and refined atmosphere we expected and wanted from such a bar.
But overall it was a great experience, and I at least will be back at some point.
