This hotel is a shame for Germany!
Dirty rooms, with "beautiful" spiders in the corners, a bad smell in the rooms, like in an old house. The breakfast is very poor, you can see in one of the picture.
But the biggest issue on this place is the administrator, an old witch lady, (see the picture) who is shouting from dawn to dusk, who didn't heard about customer respect or about the proactive attitude.

At breakfast there was something for everyone with fresh rolls, eggs, muesli, as well as various types of cold cuts and cheese. All in all ok for a short stay.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Im Rahmen einer Familienfeier hatten wir mehrere Doppel-, Familien- und Einzelzimmer gebucht. Die Zimmer waren sauber, einfach, sind jedoch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Frühstück war über frische Brötchen, Ei, Müsli, sowie verschiedene Aufschnitt- und Käsesorten für jeden etwas dabei. Alles in allem für einen Kurzaufenthalt ganz okay.

Haben 18.06.2022 unsere Hochzeit dort gefeiert und fast alle Zimmer gebucht. Es gibt nichts, absolut nichts auszusetzen! Die Location war perfekt und der Service sehr professionell, schnell und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war richtig lecker zubereitet. Auch preislich sehr gut und man ist uns sehr entgegen gekommen. Die Zimmer waren super, preislich fair und die Besitzer haben alles getan um die Übernachtungsgäste zufrieden zu machen.
Man hat gemerkt, wie wichtig es denen war, uns den schönsten Tag in unserem Leben zu machen. Alle Gäste haben hinterher nur positiv von den Räumlichkeiten, Essen und Service gesprochen :-) Vielen Dank!

Unsere Übernachtungsgäste fühlten sich von Frau Sulima, Leiterin des Hotelbetriebes, bestens betreut und wir haben das gemeinsame Frühstück am nächsten Tag sehr genossen. Das war ein schöner Abschluss. FAZIT: Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können den Kastanienhof als Lokation nur empfehlen. Ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön dafür an Frau Sulima und Herrn Schönemann!
