Since Kaffee Baum has not actively contacted me to clarify this, I have now written 2 emails, spoken to a member of staff by phone (who had promised to clarify the issue the very next day) and asked again using the contact form on the website. All without success. There was no feedback at all on my written requests. So if you like throwing money out of the window, you should probably look for a non-profit organization. A real shame!!!!

Bei meiner Bestellung wurden 2 Pakete (gesamt 24€) nicht mitgeliefert. Die Positionen waren auf dem Lieferschein einfach von Hand durchgestrichen. Da mich Kaffee Baum nicht aktiv kontaktiert hat um das zu klären habe ich nun zwischenzeitlich 2 Mails geschrieben, telefonisch mit einem Mitarbeiter gesprochen (der mir versprochen hatte das Thema gleich am nächsten Tag zu klären) und nochmal über das Kontaktformular auf der Website nachgefragt. Alles ohne Erfolg. Auf meine schriftlichen Anfragen kam überhaupt kein Feedback. Wer also gerne Geld aus den Fenster werfen will, sollte sich vielleicht lieber eine gemeinnützige Organisation suchen. Eine echte Unverschämtheit!!!!
