Don’t come here if you like to breathe fresh air. You’re forced to either keep the window closed and not have any air circulation, or tilt the window and risk being exposed to second-hand smoke.

The hotel is pretty noisy (trains and big streets right next to it) and my room was pretty small and the shower head was broken. But it was all clean and the bed was small but okay. The food was quite good and the friendliness of the staff was amazing. Very helpful, always smiling and eager to give you the feeling of being welcome.

The room was clean and cosy, there is a railway quite close to the hotel which can be heard although not very loud from my room. The shower can be adjusted to become really hot which is a plus!
I tried out the fitness room which is small but have some basic stuff.
All of the personal are nice and helpful

when I reported of a broken door lock( confirmed by another hotel personnel) the 'Empfangsleiterin' of the hotel said ':
ALL the door locks are the same, no one can lock the door from inside'.
When I finally got another room with a functioning, normal door lock, I asked her why she would make up such a lie. She couldn't answer.
Not only the behavior of the receptionist in charge was unacceptable, this hotel has HUGE SANITARY ISSUES: unusably dirty coffee pot, stinky fridge, animal barn-like stinky room( also with a broken door).
simply sub-standard.

Clean, very good breakfast, business orientated, little out dated rooms but again very clean. A lot of extra candy and drinks incl.

Treatment unbeatable. It's the best of this hotel. You have breakfast service and some courses to dinner or snacks of you want

Best staff ever!! The hotel missing air condition and such is of lower interest. Stay at this one!
