Good room, but our bikes were stolen whilst locked outside the hotel. The bike thieves cut open the bike rack to get to them. Unfortunately the receptionist did not tell us that we can put the bikes inside, so a note to cyclists to bring bikes inside as the area is rough and not safe. The receptionist (different one) was helpful though and contacted the police on our behalf. I would not recommend staying in this part of hannover as the area is quite rough and bike thefts happen frequently.

No daily housekeeping.
Super Dirty room
Stains on the walls and bed Sheets + pillows

Poor communication with the receptionists.
Not providing enough Infos regarding the routines, not really helpful service at all, etc..

It doesn't feel like an actual hotel.
It's like a condo, a place to sleep..

No AC? No air fans? During the extreme heat inside the hotel room, it felt like an oven inside the room.

The good thing is the breakfast and the breakfast personal lady is super nice and friendly.

+ It's close to the center
+ Local shops etc.

I don't recommend it to anyone
Save yourself time and money and choose another "hotel"

Laptop stolen
During our one night stay at the hotel one of our two laptops “disappeared”.
The laptop was inside the luggage, that we left in the room for less than 30 minutes while having breakfast outside the hotel just before checking-out.
Unfortunately we didn’t notice the laptop was gone until we arrived in Berlin a few hours later.
The theft has been reported to the police in Berlin.

Good place, apartment system and close to all the good food restaurants , self service for the breakfast, clean space ????

Everything was great! The room is very clean. Bed is big and comfy. There is kitchen with a fridge in the room. It was very useful. I guess it is good for longer stay. Excellent breakfast is included in the room rate. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay again my next visit.

Very nice staff
Room clean and extremely big.
Hotel is very near the old town city center...10 minutes relaxed walk.
Too bad I discovered Germany isn't prepared to fight hot weather.They have beautiful well conserved buildings but ..no air conditioning.The man at reception said they never saw 35 degrees ever...well ....
Please Germany get ready:summer is coming
A drawback:too many doner kebab restaurants around make sometimes the air a little too smelly.

Spacious accommodation u0026 neatly furnished, exceptionally helpful staff, nice breakfast buffet, regrettably no elevator to the 3rd floor. Thank you for the additional pillows and free water.
