When we arrived at 12:00 nobody was at the reception and I had to call to be able to get my keys. The 2 rooms where my family suppose to sleep where 1 floor far each other and the cleaning service was not amazing. The staff was frendly and the coffee machine in the room was quite good.The bathroom is modern and there were tawels, soap, shampoo and hair dryer.

There was no soap in the room! And no one to contact to bring the soap. We arrived at night, and at the reception there was no one! Next morning, when we told them about the poor hygiene , they were not even sorry about it!!!! No apologies! One pillow too big, one pillow too small. Please love yourself and don’t go for this hotel!

Staff was helpful, rooms were nice, it did the job. The room is very hot in the summer so AC was missing and the WIFI was not working. But everything else was great.

A great place to stop and rest on the way going through Germany, the room was very clean and very quiet, staff were very helpful.

Hallways and rooms were cold. Room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes

Clean and bed is very very comfortable.
