Amazing hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and adequate wifi. They have a charger for Electric cars in the parking, and easy to enter and park. Breakfast was delicious and the waiter greeting everyone in the morning makes you feel good.

Highly recommended. Very comfortable bed, large room, clean bathroom and exceptional breakfast. Would most certainly stay here again if I was back in Hannover.

Single rooms are very small, and noisy. Cold water briefly cuts off every minute or so, leading to scary showers! Very nice breakfast and dinner options, and friendly staff.

The breakfast was good however the hotel doesn’t give the feeling of a 4 star hotel at all. The room was cold, no style, uncomfortable bed, super small in size although I booked a family suit. One of the plugs was not working, no complementary water. The place feels old and lacking care. The price is definitely not justifyable. Could be a good choice only if it was a 2-3 star hotel with much lower price.

Attention Scam!

Don't go here of you expect the service of a real hotel. It's more a YMCA with high prices and a bit nicer rooms (air condition is nice in summer).

In short: there are many MUCH BETTER options with much better service for the same price in Hannover.

"Food from outside" is not permitted. Even if stated nowhere. Threatening with throwing us (incl 2 kids) out of the hotel at 8:30pm in the evening.

Kids are now scared of the hotel staff and talking all the time about we could get kicked out at night.

Breakfast is nice - but not many low carb options. Especially not vegan or vegetarian. TVs offer some Internet streaming - but pauses all the time and nobody can provide help. So bring your own chromecast. Bathrooms are small and Very simple.

About the feedback to my review from the hotel:
- I did not want vegan alternatives, but low-carb. Even in writing they do not understand the requests.
- I visit more than 20 hotels per year and never had a problem with ordering food from outside. I can eat at my room whatever I want. And most hotels are happy to receive the deliveries at the reception desk.
- The were threatening us to throw us out because of the outside food! Because we "violated the house rules" (nobody told us about).

It seems like the management is very strict to the employees which fear to make any mistake and by this are very harsh to the customers. And with the way they even handled my review here you see: don't go there if you expect any service!
