Probably the best African restaurant in Hannover. This is a nice and cosy place good for small groups. The cuisine served is from East Africa, like Eritrea, Ghana, Ethiopia etc. Because everything is cooked from fresh ingredients expect a little delay. They give Ingera and rice along with the dishes. Extra Ingera will cost you more. Overall extremely good!

Die Auswahl an Getränken und Essen ist nicht all zu groß, aber absolut ausreichend. Es gibt einige kleinere Vorspeisen als auch einen größeren Vorspeisenteller. Hauptgerichte gibt es hauptsächlich mit Fleisch aber auch einige mit Fisch oder gar vegetarisch. Als Nachspeise gibt es leider nur eine Banane mit Honig.

An Getränken hatte ich zwei Mal das Selbe. Mint u0026 Fresh. Ein Mix Getränk mit Ginger Ale. Alleine wenn man die beiden Getränke sieht sind es leider nicht die selben. Vermutlich in einem anderen Mischverhältnis von der Aufmachung her abgesehen.

Das Essen ist hier wirklich außergewöhnlich, allerdings hätte ich es mir selbst etwas mehr gewürzt gewünscht um die eigenen Gewürze mehr zu schmecken.

Die Bedienungen sind total nett und zuvorkommend. Man merkt ihnen die Unsicherheit noch an, aber das macht es irgendwie sympathisch.

Die 3 Vorspeisen und die 4 von uns bestellten Hauptgerichte entsprachen den Beschreibungen in der Speisekarte. Geschmacklich waren sie so unterschiedlich wie erhofft. So machte es Spaß, von den Gerichten der anderen zu probieren.
Die freundliche Beratung durch das Servicepersonal war eine gute Entscheidungshilfe.
Wer nicht wirklich scharfe Gerichte mag, sollte bei der Auswahl vorsichtig sein. Für uns war es perfekt.
Da fast nur mit frischen Zutaten gekocht wird, sollte man etwas mehr Zeit mitbringen. Eine Vorspeise ist eine gute Überbrückung.
Wir kommen sicher wieder.
