The hotel is located in the center of the town, so be aware that noise may be an issue. We had a room that looked into the inner court, so the was little noise from the outside (just regular city noise of sirens and such). The church is very close - we could see it from the window - and it rings every 15 minutes, BUT it stops at 10PM (thankfully).
The room was cozy enough and clean. The lacking part was that there was not even a ceiling fan that could have reduced the sweltering heat (the room is near the roof so it was very hot).
The reception was nice. The lady who was a manager was very nice and professional. But then there was another lady, an English-speaking one, who did not seem to know many things - she didn't know how to use the payment system, she didn't know when the church would stop ringing bells, and she wasn't sure how to leave the keys when we leave (as we were leaving before the reception opened at 8 AM). Maybe she was new, I am not sure, but it was confusing that she didn't know some basic things.
The breakfast was fine. Smaller selection but good quality.
Leaving Haribos and ear plugs for guests is a nice little gesture.
This is a good choice if you want to stay in the center. The price is also good, considering the location.
