Found the hotel in Google Maps while underway from Puttgarden to Munich. Turned out to be a perfect choice exceeding our expectations in every aspect. Parking outdoors on the hotel's premises was free-of-charge. Check-in was smooth and efficient. Elevators to room floors were readily available with no wait time. Room was in perfect condition with air conditioning and a bathroom that was recently refurbished to perfect condition. Slept greatly in a cool room and had a fantastic breakfast the next morning (included in the room rate) from a generous buffet with both hot and cold dishes plus juices, water, coffee, hot chocolate and tea. All in all a super satisfying stay.

Near motorways. So for me, traveling with the car, it's more convenient than going into the middle of the city ( Hannover). The room is clean, the bathroom has a good shower. The breakfast is fantastic with lots of choices and good service! I would certainly book it again if I have to come to Hannover.

the hotel is in a pretty nice area close to centrum and had good parking spaces. the rooms were perfectly sized and the beds were clean and comfortable as well as the bathroom. the breakfast was well made and had something good for everyone in the family

I'm honestly disappointed. Since our arrival we found out that we would not get the extra bed that we had paid for. We slept three on one double bed. We were told that we would get an extra bed, but that didn't happen in the end, so we had to sleep three in one double bed until the end of our stay. As compensation we got extra blanket.
The minus is cleaning - missing toilet paper, clear towels and pillows and blankets. We had to ask for it. Sometimes it was hard to find parking spot for our car.
Plus - good breakfast, kind personal

Very convenient location to attend exhibitions in Messe. only concern with the breakfast as most of the items served is pork. overall I shall definitely recommend if your trip is only to visit events in Messe area

Racist staff refused to change my room without any valid reason when I have been suffering from broken air conditioning and hair left unattended by the sheets. When I complained, the staff came up and checked, then absurdly accused me of putting my hair even though I'm brunette and the hair was blonde... what a stay. Never again staying in such intolerable unreasonable place, heads up if you're Asian.

Nothing to reproach. Everything from buffet breakfast, to staff, to cleaning, to parking places, to features, is flawless. Very good impression. Clearly recommended. Good job guys. Keep it up.
