The ice cream looks good. The flavors sound terrific. Unfortunately the taste seriously disappoints. Milkiness far outweighs the flavors. Something called Ginger should have a sharp bite, right? This is a faint ripple behind milkiness. Rosewater is sad and milky, Black Forest tastes of chemicals and milk. You know that excitement you feel when you're handed an ice cream cone? Here you take one bite and it's gone without a trace.

I'd walked past this place for quite a few years before finally getting around to trying it and I was suitably impressed with the interesting range of ice cream flavours and reasonable prices. The staff were also very friendly and helpful: when my daughter accidentally broke her cone it was no problem to get a bowl and spoon so that she could finish, even though we got the ice-creams to go.

Very good ice cream and a lot to choose from. Sometimes there are rare specialities like cucumber or mixtures of different types of ice cream one wouldn't expect to see.

Mmhhhh
