The rooms were small. There were 2 sinks for 2 bunk beds. Mattresses were awful. Only one shower to do the floor.The food was mostly good.The service was mostly friendly but could be occasionally rude.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, very friendly personal, good price, and at the end, as I left very early (5.30 pm) , I got a huge pocket full of meal. Thank you, highly recommended!

Very BAD experience in this place. AVOID THIS PLACE ! Staff is very uneducated, unclassy and rude, and this is supposed to be Germany ? These people treat you like trash. They just do not have any idea of customers´ service. At the reception they just keep talking to each other about their accounting, and do not pay any attention to customers when they ask them about something. And when you very politely ask them about some issue they shout at you like if you were a child . They make the effort to make you feel not welcome at their place and country.

Very noisy corridors. Breakfasts were good. Showers need more equipment, like a hanger or a small shelf.

Standard youth hostel in a large city. Basic accomodation. Bathoom within the room, but slightly worn out shower .... Staff friendly. Breakfast OK.

Rooms was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good too, for the location you must have car but you can reach tram by walking about 10 minute

Super and comfortable place... Stayed there twice in two years and the quality of service has been better than the first time...
