Ich wurde als Notfall mit Kieferbruch in das Henri überwiesen. Angefangen bei der Aufnahme der Kieferchirurgie, die erstbetreuenden jungen Ärztinnen, Krankenschwestern, Pflegepersonal, OP-Personal und später die stationäre Betreuung auf Station 5, ich bin voll des Lobes und sage ausdrücklich DANKE. So nett, aufmerksam, trotz aller Hektik und allem Stress... Das habe ich noch nie in einem anderen Krankenhaus erleben dürfen. Sie alle haben mir den Aufenthalt im Krankenhaus durch gute Beratung, Kompetenz und Fürsorge direkt angenehm gemacht.

Employees who spent hours in the ward making private cell phone calls, so that my mother, as a former geriatric nurse, and a doctor together helped the fellow patient after 45 minutes of waiting to go to the toilet and then back to bed because nobody came! Doctors arrogant to disinterested. Of all the treating doctors, only 1 doctor who took the time and listened ... and then tried to contradict her boss several times during the visit!
After receiving the medical reports, the family doctor only shook her head. But they were quick with the billing (private patient!). Advertising slogan: ... with a smile. Service and competence are rather foreign words there and the famous exception to the rule. If possible go somewhere else!

Das letzte Krankenhaus. Meine Mutter wurde fixiert und ruhig gespritzt, weil sie interveniert hat und über Vorgeschichte/ Diagnose berichten wollte. Erst mit falschem Versicherungsstatus im 6-Bettzimmer, völlig falsche Behandlungen/Untersuchungen/Diagnosen, weil keiner zuhören wollte. Personal je nach Schicht teils grottig, aber auch nette MA dazwischen. Mitarbeiter, die stundenlang im Stationszimmer private Handygespräche führen, so dass meine Mutter als frühere Altenpflegerin und eine Ärztin zusammen der Mitpatientin nach 45 Min. Wartezeit auf die Toilette und anschl. wieder ins Bett geholfen haben, weil niemand kam! Ärzte arrogant bis desinteressiert. Von allen behandelnden Ärzten nur 1 Ärztin, die sich Zeit genommen und zugehört hat ...und ihrem Chef bei der Visite dann auch mehrfach versucht hat zu widersprechen!
Die Hausärztin hat nach Erhalt der Arztberichte nur noch den Kopf geschüttelt. Dafür waren sie aber schnell mit der Abrechnung (Privatpatientin!). Werbespruch: ... mit einem Lächeln. Service und Kompetenz sind dort eher Fremdworte und die berühmte Ausnahme von der Regel. Wenn möglich woanders hin!

On the ward, the nurses always took care of me 24/7 and even humor and encouragement for a quick recovery was regularly communicated.

I hope not to go to the hospital again, but if I did I would always choose the Diakovere Henriettenstift with a clear conscience!!!

Ich möchte gerne meine Bewertung abgeben zu dem Diakovere Henriettenstift.

Vom 30.-6.5.2022 war ich dort weil ich starke Beschwerden und eine Corona Infektion hatte, ab der Notaufnahme bis zur Station 9 wurde ich herzlich, professionell und freundlich behandelt.
Mir wurde meine aktuelle gesundheitliche Situation und die folgenden Maßnahmen ausführlich erklärt.
Auf der Station haben die Krankenschwestern 24/7 sich immer wieder um mich gekümmert und sogar Humor und Zuspruch für eine schnelle Heilung wurde regelmäßig kommuniziert.

Ich hoffe nicht mehr ins Krankenhaus zu gehen, aber wenn-würde ich Guten Gewissens immer wieder das Diakovere Henriettenstift wählen!!!

Ich hatte am 9.6.22 eine ambulante Port OP. Ich habe mich hier sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Von der Anmeldung bis zur Entlassung,lief alles reibungslos,alle waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend und es gab auch ein paar lustige Sprüche,sogar im OP. Das hat mir die Angst etwas genommen. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Schwester Andrea in der Holding Aerea.Sie sind einfach Klasse,lieben Dank für die tolle Betreuung.
