Further back you will find the somewhat larger things, i.e. an incense stick island, furniture, mirrors, but also a children's corner in the back left.

If you follow the natural structure of the branch, you will come across a small corner of plants on the way to the checkout. However, plant lovers or simply plant connoisseurs should only feel a brief sense of anticipation. The plants just look sad if you take a closer look. It's just not a specialized plant shop.

There are the typical waist-high checkout counters at the front of the checkouts. There is a plastic partition wall hanging down at all cash registers and there are other little things around you to the left and right.

Ich war hier zum ersten Mal hier und muss sagen, die Filiale wirklich einfach aus wie jede andere DEPOT Filiale. Krims Krams halt, wie ich dazu immer gerne sage.

Die Musik besteht aus ein generischen Deutschlandhits Pop Playlist und läuft etwas lauter als ich es normalerweise kenne im Hintergrund.

Die Gänge sind ebenmäßig, breit und gut ausgeleuchtet. Es gibt zwei riesige Regale mit Krimskrams inmitten der Filiale. Sonst sind alle weiteren Produkte an den Regalen außen und den Ausstellungsinseln etwas weiter innen einsortiert.

Die Inseln haben oft kleinen Themen wie Backwaren, Schreibwaren oder auch Geschenkzubehör. Was auffällt sind doch die vielen Keramikschälchen, die hier überall auf den Inseln verteilt sind. Wer mit Kindern kommt, sollte hier an Ecken und Kanten besser etwas aufpassen.

Weiter hinten findet man die etwas größeren Sachen, sprich eine Duftstäbchen-Insel, Möbel, Spiegel, aber auch eine Kinderecke hinten links.

Folgt man dem natürlich Aufbau der Filiale, begegnet man auf dem Weg zur Kasse dann einer kleinen Pflanzenecke. Pflanzenliebhaber:innen oder auch einfach Pflanzenkenner:innen dürften aber nur eine kurze Vorfreude empfinden. Die Pflanzen sehen bei etwas genauerem Blick einfach nur traurig aus. Ist halt eben kein spezialisierter Pflanzenladen.

Es gibt vorne an den Kassen die typischen hüfthohen Kassentheken. Es hängt bei allen Kassen eine Plastiktrennwand herunter und es stehen weitere Kleinigkeiten links und recht um einen herum.

Insgesamt würde ich aber eher die Ernst August Filiale empfehlen, da ich dort ein besseres Sortiment sehe.

Hier werde ich in Zukunft nicht mehr einkaufen. Bei der Rückgabe eines Artikels haben wir eine Gutscheinkarte über den entsprechenden Betrag bekommen. Als wir den Gutschein 4 Wochen später einlösen wollten, wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass 0,00€ auf der Karte sei (auf dem Bon ist der Betrag noch bestätigt). Man konnte uns dann auch nicht weiterhelfen - steht halt so im System - und hat uns nur auf den telefonischen Kundenservice verwiesen. Auch dort hieß des nur, der Gutschein wurde eingelöst, tut uns Leid. Wir könnten ja eine Anzeige erstatten.
Also entweder hat ein Mitarbeiter einen Fehler gemacht, es gab einen Fehler im System oder es wird sogar betrogen. Nachweisen können wir es nicht, aber einkaufen werden wir hier nie wieder und auch wenn es vielleicht nur ein seltener Einzelfall war, kann ich das auch sonst niemandem empfehlen.
