Service was slow and unfriendly!
Bed and pillow uncomfortable!
We did not get breakfast! Instead we received a soagy wrap and brown hot water and an apple!
Dinner was good but pricy! They charge for ketchup and mayo!
Thook forever to get any attention!

The only person I would give 5 stars was the chef, although the young lady who checked me in was kind.
They put me in a room underneath a dentist, and you can hear the click clack of heels on the wood floor, file cabinets opening, things dripping and people laughing and chatting— from 6:30/7am until 10pm!! It was awful!! Reception said they wouldn’t allow me to eat in my room but that I could have room service. I went down to the buffet and asked the chef; she said it would be so easy and came out in 10 seconds with a tray and fresh coffee, ans asked me what I wanted her to prepare on the grill— she gets 10 stars.
The mini bar was only filled with 3 things— cola, alter and water. No coffee machine in the room. Had to check out fast and didn’t have time for breakfast on my last day and they wouldn’t refund my money.. Would not recommend this hotel again except for that wonderful chef!!!

Terrible hotel, booked to stay there on business. Informed us of renovation works being carried out so it would be noisy. Explained this wouldn't suit me so asked to cancel and obtain a refund. Refused to refund the booking despite only informing me of the works AFTER paying for the reservation. Will never book again.

Comfortable single beds and a delicious selection of Fu0026B at your mini-bar. Spend a single night here and got treated both personally and professionally. Paid an extra 20 euros on breakfast which seems rather expensive but got fuelled up until at about 3pm in the afternoon. Breakfast was majestically. Great atmosphere too.

I only stayed the night in there, but it was still pretty good. Rooms were big enough and bathrooms were nice and big. Window views were nice, especially at night. At the morning cleaners came there early and made so much noise that people thought the building was going to fall or something.

Good hotel. Check in was very smooth and staffs are helpful. Infact there was a room supervisor who personally came to drop my luggage during check-in.
Room is very clean and calm. Air conditioning, heater, TV everything works fine. WiFi is good and no problem during my entire stay. Morning breakfast have more buffet variety and all staffs treated me well.
Checkout also smooth. I can get day train pass from hotel and just a few feets, team u0026 bus available every 15 minutes.
Just behind the hotel, big park is there..had good walk and great scenery. Due to my stay during IAA expo time, cost was too high (360euro/night) as like any other hotels in Hannover. Otherwise rests are fine.
Overall, I would recommend to stay here.
