The only person I would give 5 stars was the chef, although the young lady who checked me in was kind.
They put me in a room underneath a dentist, and you can hear the click clack of heels on the wood floor, file cabinets opening, things dripping and people laughing and chatting— from 6:30/7am until 10pm!! It was awful!! Reception said they wouldn’t allow me to eat in my room but that I could have room service. I went down to the buffet and asked the chef; she said it would be so easy and came out in 10 seconds with a tray and fresh coffee, ans asked me what I wanted her to prepare on the grill— she gets 10 stars.
The mini bar was only filled with 3 things— cola, alter and water. No coffee machine in the room. Had to check out fast and didn’t have time for breakfast on my last day and they wouldn’t refund my money.. Would not recommend this hotel again except for that wonderful chef!!!
