Great atmosphere, very comfortable and not too expensive. But not enough waiters. I believe it is a cost cutting approach but the boss should consider this point seriously. Can't wait for about 20 minute before my order is taken.

Been coming here almost on a daily basis and still can't see any improvement. Food is fantastic but when will the customer service improve. Should this continue I will stop coming. 1. Long waiting times till orders are taken. 2. You have to wait some minutes more till your drink is brought. 3. Unfriendly waiters ( I must say not all but most). This is due to 1 or 2 waiters working when it's very busy. Can't the boss or owner recognize this problem. I said it more than 6 months ago.

Modern chic interior and delicious vegan burgers. Strongly recommend the "Vegan Fox" with extra avocado!

Edit: dear Burgerheart staff, it has been a pleasure to revisit your place, but I must add one remark from multiple previous recurrences: "no straws please" REALLY MEANS "NO STRAWS PLEASE!" Plus, I would really have appreciated to have avoided your squinting eyes and requestioning, and more importantly to have the drinks actually without plastic straws. #saynotoplastic #bansingleuseplastic #nostrawsplease

Fast and exceptional service. Best burger!! Really cool view. Nice and romantic atmosphere.

Love the decor, really fresh and vibey! All of our burgers were delicious, the dips and chips too, the sweet potato especially. Drinks were delicious. The only thing lacking was service, the waiter was impatient, we sat with dirty dishes from mains while the dessert was being served, also relatively slow service on the mains.

We dropped in very spontaneous. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very pleasant the staff was very helpful. But the food itself was a bit of downer. The burgers were smaller than we expected, the bread was a bit dry and overall bit bland. With so many great burger places in Hanover, I don't think that will come here often.

Waited an hour to be served cold food. There is something really wrong with this place. Staff seems nice enough, but will straight up ignore you. Food might have been good, but was sitting in the window for prob 30min before it was noticed. Currently waiting 20min and counting after asking for the check. Prepare to wait a long time for a burger.

Great little burger place in the food court at Hanover train station. Food cooked to order plus you can have a beer which is always a bonus. Much much higher standard than a named burger franchise and far superior to food court food found in UK ( sadly)
