We went there for brunch on last Sunday. The service was very poor and the staff were very unprofessional. They themselves were eating and drinking near the cash counter in full view of the customers. The staff were making jokes and playing with each other while the customers were waiting. Looked like there was nobody in charge like a Supervisor or a Manager.
We had to even wait for 30 minutes to get our bill after we asked for it☹️

In general nice place and so are the waiters.
However, service waiting time could be long. Last time we (group of 12) were there, some had finished their first orders and been served with the second ones, while I was still waiting for my pizza. In the end I waited for almost 50min.

Ate here 3 times in 5 days. Fabulous food. Breakfast menu is wonderful. Staff are very friendly. Not sure if they speak English so have a few words of German. No menu in English either but it didn't bother me. Google translate will help with that.
Loved it.....
