We ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday witch was not chip at all .. it looked really nice from outside .. but it teasted very very very bad .. the cake was old and we ordered chocolate cake but we got a cake full of butter instead .. really zero stars .. expensive and not teasty

Leider aus unserer Sicht absolut katastrophal gelaufen.

Wir hatten bei dem Vorbesitzer des Ladens eine besondere Hochzeitstorte geordert (Bild1). Wir kannten den Vorbesitzer aus einem CupCake Kurs und Er hatte große Lust unsere Torte für Uns herzustellen.

Leider hat Er aus für Uns unbekannten Gründen den Laden verlassen und "Was das Herz begehrt" meinte Wir sollen Uns keine Sorgen machen, die Torte würde genau so wie Wir sie bestellt hätten.

Am Hochzeitstag um 13:30 war die Torte leider nicht wie vereinbart da. Auf Nachfrage meines Trauzeugen wurde Er patzig angegangen und laut Ihm mit den Worten "Beruhig Dich mal ich komme gleich" am Telefon abgespeist.

Als ich nach der Hochzeit Kontakt aufnahm sagte Er mir mein Trauzeuge würde Lügen Er hätte das niemals gesagt und wäre pünktlich um 13:30 los gefahren. Finde den Fehler die Torte sollte um 13:30 da sein und an dem Gespräch mit dem Herrn habe ich gut gemerkt welche Tonlage dieser gern pflegt.

Jetzt zum wichtigen Punkt. Die Torte war aus unserer Sicht im Vergleich zu der Vorlage eine Katastrophe (siehe Fotos). Über Optik kann man streiten deshalb die Bilder im Anhang, jedoch muss man Meiner Meinung nach Blind sein um dort professionelle Ähnlichkeiten zu finden.
Die wichtige Geometrie ist komplett hinten über (Vier- statt sechseck).
Torte nicht wie bestellt Mattschwarz.
Burj Khalifa sollte auf der Seite fein aufgemalt werden.
Deko war Okay. Die Rauten oben hätte ich besser hinbekommen.

Der Geschmack der Torte war dafür gut. Alle 3 Sorten haben geschmacklich überzeugt.

Kosten lagen bei 600€, 100€ gab es als Entschädigung später zurück.

Die Cupcakes waren ein absoluter Hingucker und haben göttlich geschmeckt!! Die Gäste waren mehr als zufrieden und meine Schwester schwärmt noch immer! Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen und vor allem schnellen Service! Was hier schlechtes über das Personal gesagt wird, kann ich nicht bestätigen.
